I had a really great experience with Swell Car Wash and wanted to share it. I have a car with matte paint, so I can’t use a standard drive-thru wash. I called ahead and spoke with David, the owner, who assured me they do proper hand washes with products safe for matte finishes and got me in the same day. The wash itself was excellent. My car looked fantastic, and the whole process was easy and professional. On my drive home, I noticed something fly off the top of my car. I called David, and he quickly followed up and realized it was likely my antenna fin. It may have already been loose, as I later learned this can be a common issue with my type of car, but David immediately took it seriously and told me he would replace it. What really impressed me was how he handled everything from there. It took a couple attempts to get the correct part, but he stayed on top of it the entire time, kept me updated, and made sure the final installation was done professionally through his mechanic. Once everything was fixed and working properly, he also followed through on giving me a complimentary wash. After taking my two Teslas here for the first time, I am now a raving fan. And I've told my friends who are car collectors. I had some problem areas that David, upon initial examination, explained that I would need to order new door trim from Tesla since mine were discolored. But, when I picked up the cars, he fixed the issue and saved me money by not buying new trims. I've been in the customer service business for decades, so I have high expectations and am often disappointed. Not with Swell! There is nothing he could have done better - the quality work, communication, scheduling, estimated time to complete the work were above my expectations.

Highly recommend Swell Hand Car Wash, RV & Boat Detail in Virginia Beach! They detailed my Grand Highlander inside and out, including a buff and polish, and it looks incredible. They were thorough, professional, and paid attention to every detail. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wish I had before and after pictures! Night and day from when I took it in! My Cherokee was well overdue for a deep clean and the team there knocked it out the park! Spotless inside and out, all because of their meticulous work. I would most definitely recommend checking them out if your vehicle is in need of some TLC.

I had two cars cleaned and there was incredible attention to detail taken. Typically when I get my cars cleaned I'm not convinced I wouldn't have done a better job myself. Here this is absolutely not an issue, I wouldn't have had to patience get the car anywhere near as clean. They did a great job and I'm incredibly satisfied. Photos are unfortunately in the dark but I did my best to show thebiob well done.
